Cave Leiðarendi, located in the Blue Mountains just out of Reykjavik is a typical lava tube, formed by flowing lava moving beneath the hardened surface thousands of years ago. In order to be comfortable, make sure to bring adequate gloves and shoes.
This caving trip is only 25 minutes from Reykjavik.

What you need to know
Pick up: Be ready for your pick up from your Reykjavík accommodation 30 minutes prior to departure and please note that it can take up to 30 minutes for us to arrive.
Duration: Approximately 3 hours.
Minimum requirements: 10 years old
Remember to bring: Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good hiking shoes are recommended. Sturdy hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and pants can be rented beforehand if you contact us or book online.
